Important Dates for the South Central Region
- November 10, 2008 - Last day to submit professional papers for review.
- December 1, 2008 - Last day to submit panel or tutorial proposal.
- November 14, 2008 - Papers released to reviewers.
- November 17, 2008 - Last day to submit student papers for review.
- December 1, 2008 - Electronic reviews due back to Papers chair.
- December 5, 2008 - Steering Committee meeting to decide 2008 program.
- December 8, 2008 - Authors notified via email of paper status.
- January 15, 2009 - Final electronic versions of accepted professional papers and student papers due for publication.
- January 15, 2009 - Professional and student author registrations due.
- April 6, 2009 - Last day to submit student poster abstracts for presentation. See the student poster site for more information.
- April 24-25, 2009 - Conference at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA.
