Coastal Conservation Association ScholarshipThe College of Science and Technology is pleased to announce the availability of the Coastal Conservation Association Scholarship ($5000.00) for the 2007-2008 academic year. The purpose of this scholarship is to assist a deserving graduate student in the Departments of either Life Sciences or Physical and Environmental Sciences who has a research emphasis in marine fisheries. The scholarship will be awarded to a Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi full-time graduate student who – (1) is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, and (2) is pursuing a graduate degree with a specific research focus on marine fisheries, and (3) is in good academic standing with a minimum graduate grade point average of 3.5. The amount awarded from this fund will be $5,000 per academic year ($2500.00 per semester). Submit application materials (see attached) by 5:00 pm September 14, 2007 to: Greg Stunz, Ph.D.
