Abstract: Describes a Web usability four year study where

                  the researchers look at 81 user Web pages for site  
                  architecture, navigation, search, page design, 
                  layout, graphic elements and style, and icons. 
                  Three different studies were conducted and the 
                  results concluded Web users scan, they want short
                  and consice simple writing , credible 
                  resources, fast information, summaries,  
                  hypertext,text which matches graphics, and they 
                  only want the facts.  Two of the studies were 
                  qualatative and exploratory and third study was a 
                  measurement study.  All of this study was
