[+'''First-Year Symposium Presentation (20% of project grade)'''+]

Due: Friday, November 30, %newwin%[[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tV292SmDyh1wx7ByEUpn7qejzLWNueYuu6njXqsYNfM/edit?usp=sharing|various times]]

As a team, you will present and demo your game in a 30-minute poster session. We will create the poster boards together in Seminar on 29th. (NOTE: You must be in class to earn full points for the poster!)

Your grade for Symposium will be determined based on the following criteria:
* Attendance/Punctuality/Professionalism - You must be ON TIME and present with your team for the entire 30 minutes. You must be professionally dressed.
* Poster - Your board must include your company's name and team members' names, as well as the name of the game. It must also include all of the design elements of the project thus far (your game concept statement, flowcharts, and design prototypes), using the IMRAD layout and updated to include feedback you have received from your professor. Your score for the board will also be reflective of its overall appearance and professionalism.
* Presentation - You will need to be able to explain the process of creating the game, as well as an overview of the game itself. You should attempt to divide the responsibility for speaking equally among the team members. Your ability to respond to audience questions will also be reflected in this portion of the grade.

Submit three high-quality image files that will demonstrate what your game might look like on a mobile device. It might be a good idea for one of these images to be your home/main screen. Use this as an opportunity to show off the artistic abilities of one (or more) of your group members!

You can upload your design prototypes as separate image files, or a single file, in a single submission.

Please submit a working draft of your C++ code that includes, at a minimum, your animated splash screen and your main menu. You can include as much additional material as you'd like, but your code MUST compile in joker to be graded.

Your task will be to design your algorithms for the (a) animated splash screen and (b) main menu. You must represent one of the algorithms in pseudocode and one as a flowchart, but you can decide as a team which algorithm to represent each way.
