First-Year Symposium Presentation (20% of project grade)
Due: Friday, November 30, various times
As a team, you will present and demo your game in a 30-minute poster session. We will create the poster boards together in Seminar on 29th. (NOTE: You must be in class to earn full points for the poster!)
Your grade for Symposium will be determined based on the following criteria:
Mobile App Prototypes (15% of project grade)
Due: Monday, November 26, by 11:59pm to Blackboard (one submission per team)
Submit three high-quality image files that will demonstrate what your game might look like on a mobile device. It might be a good idea for one of these images to be your home/main screen. Use this as an opportunity to show off the artistic abilities of one (or more) of your group members!
You can upload your design prototypes as separate image files, or a single file, in a single submission.
Final Draft of C++ Code! (20% of project grade)
Due: Monday, November 19, by 11:59pm to Blackboard (one submission per team)
Submit the code for your game as a single .cpp file. Make sure your game includes ALL of the minimum requirements listed in the assignment description here. The code MUST compile in joker and WILL be graded!
First Draft of C++ Code! (15% of project grade)
Due: Wednesday, November 7th, by 11:59pm to Blackboard (one submission per team)
Please submit a working draft of your C++ code that includes, at a minimum, your animated splash screen and your main menu. You can include as much additional material as you'd like, but your code MUST compile in joker to be graded.
Design Elements (20% of project grade)
Due: Monday, October 29th, by 11:59pm to Blackboard (one submission per team)
Your task will be to design your algorithms for the (a) animated splash screen and (b) main menu. You must represent one of the algorithms in pseudocode and one as a flowchart, but you can decide as a team which algorithm to represent each way.
In other words:
(flowchart for splash screen && pseudocode for menu) || (pseudocode for splash screen && flowchart for menu)

If you have any questions, don't hestitate to ask!
Vision Statement (10% of project grade)
Due: Monday, October 15th, by 11:59pm to Blackboard (one submission per group)
In 2-3 paragraphs, briefly describe the setting, goals, challenges, and user experience for your game. Upload your statement as a single Word/PDF file.
