Project Description: This project is the design and incorporation of a sound utility and function library for the C/C++ programming environment as a teaching tool, for the purpose of allowing aural learning in this programming environment. This library of functions and utilities gives the introductory-level programming student a sound medium to work with and to incorporate into programs. This project also contains a graphical-interface tutorial program to train the programmers on the utilization of the sound library.
