Project Description: Handheld computers offer some potential supports for broadening the range and frequency of the teaching assessment for a group of students. Because handheld devices are computers, they make the gathering and aggregation of data for the use by teachers easier to accomplish. Their portability means that assessment can be easily integrated into any phase of inquiry, anywhere in the classroom or in the field. This project deals with the creation of a Web based class assessment applications compatible with handheld devices. This application is made outlining the activities like creation, registration adn deletion of courses, creation of question banks and quizzes. One of the main objectives of this application is to provide automated quiz assessment to the instructor that helps the instructor to determine which part of the lecture not understood by most students. This application is for the use of instructors and students at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. All the scripts are written using ASP.net and SQL Server is used as the database source.
