Project Title: Position Tracking and Visualization System for a Sensor
Semester: 2 2009
Committe Chair: Dr Scott King
Committee Member 1: Dr David Thomas
Committee Member 2: Dr Micheal Scherger
Project Description: The International Space Station (ISS) is constantly bombarded by tiny projectiles. Many of these are too small to cause any damage to the shell of the ISS, but some are large enough to create small cracks in the hull. The goal of this project is to design a sensor system that is capable of locating cracks in the outer hull of the ISS, and visualizing them as a clear image.
