Reviewer Information
All faculty and professionals are welcome to review papers for CCSC:SC. Reviewers for CCSC:SC are required to sign-up each year. First, fill out the information form at the CCSC:SC Reviewer Sign Up Site. This form will obtain reviewer contact information and a list of topic areas to review. Once the form is completed reviewers will be contacted via email with reviewing assignments (3 papers maximum) after the paper submission deadline, November 10, 2008. When the reviewing process begins an email containing login information will be sent to each reviewer. Reviewers will find paper reviewing assignments at the CCSC:SC Reviewer Login Site.
Electronic Review Process
To submit a review for an assigned paper, go to the CCSC:SC Reviewer Login Site and select the paper to submit the review for. Reviewers will be asked to enter grades of 1 to 5 for several questions concerning the content and style of the paper. Reviewers will also be asked (but not required) to enter written comments which are very helpful to the Program Committee when selecting papers for the program. Here is a Sample Review Form that will be filled out for each paper being reviewed. Submitted paper reviews are strictly confidential and the Program Committee will not know any reviewer names or affiliations.
For the 2009 conference at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana, reviewer assignments will be sent out by Friday, November 14, 2008 and will be due back by Monday, December 1, 2008. We encourage all interested faculty and professionals to be reviewers. Contact Laura Baker if you have questions about the paper review process.
